Established in 1995, Paradigm Projects (Pty) Ltd. is a privately wholly-Black owned & managed Engineering Services organization and it is a 135%-accredited equal opportunity organization.

With our twenty-eight (28) years of engineering practices and operations engagements, including projects associates in Botswana and Internationally within Paradigm Projects Botswana (Pty) Ltd. is  more than sixty-seven (67) years accumulatively.

Our team of experts comprises of registered Professional Engineers, Technicians and International Specialists, with active NACE membership and Certifications. For specialized electrical environments we comply fully with the relevant OHSA and SANS regulations or standards.  We have applied Cathodic Protection (CP) to approximately more than 175, 000km of Mild-Steel pipelines and provided numerous CP Infrastructure corrosion related solutions advice to the oil, gas, chemical, water and aluminium industries. We have successfully contributed to corrosion projects in the Middle East, Brazil and other African countries at large.

Our work comprises comprehensive pipeline corrosion protection focusing on the following key activities, but not limited to:
(i) Cathodic Protection (CP) & Corrosion services of Mild-Steel (MS) Pipelines and Structures Services.
(ii) Pipelines (MS) Coating and Lining assessment/investigations Services.
(iii) Alternating Current (AC) Mitigation studies and Modeling services (that is using Elsyca Iris software/programme), as well as providing a Baseline.
(iv) MS Pipelines, Risk and Coating Integrity Assessments & Analysis Services.
(v) Other related Engineering disciplines and sectors within our resources skills and capabilities offering.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Paradigm Projects Botswana (Pty) Ltd. endeavours to continue to develop and assist Previously Disadvantaged individuals (PDI) through various social projects initiatives and practical engagements where permissible financially.
